We comprehensively manage the administration of properties. We draft statutes and regulations, convene meetings and execute agreements.

• Registration and analysis of all documentation corresponding to the building : horizontal division deed and new construction, final work certificate, final work project and report, data on the owners and their participation coefficients, installation bulletins -electricity, water, gas, elevators, and all supplies-, activity license, building book, and operation of the facilities, including the hiring of the companies necessary for maintenance.
• Calling and holding of the General Constitutive Meeting of the Community : drafting and approval of statutes and internal regulations, appointment of management positions and approval of the initial allocation of funds and, where applicable, the estimated initial budget, and distribution of this based on the respective participation coefficients, determining the quotas corresponding to each community member.
• Diligence and legalization of the Minutes Book and obtaining the Community’s CIF .
• Opening of bank accounts in the name of the Community.

Incident management and financial control. We take care of the collection of community fees and the payment of expenses to suppliers, as well as any tax obligations, default and legal claims.

We manage the maintenance and conservation of the property, keeping it within current legislation and increasing its value.
