Finques Prat was born in 1969 in El Masnou, with a presence also in Alella. Founded by Lluís Prat and currently managed by his son Santi Prat, who took the reins at only 23 years old, with little experience but with all the drive of youth. It is one of the oldest real estate companies in the area and one of the few survivors of the 2007 crisis, thanks to the diversification of its services, which gives us a knowledge of the area that few can match.

Since March 1, 2021, Finques Prat has a new office in Alella, after buying part of the business from Mas i Fill, with the intention of growing it and becoming a benchmark in the area in buying and selling, renting and managing communities, as it already is in Masnou.
